Copies of any document referred to on the property register (i.e Charges, Transfers, Conveyances etc.)
Property Specification (To also include Council Tax Band, details of outbuildings and any warranties)
Sale Content Form (What is included in sale and what is not)
Standard Searches (Both Local Authority and Drainage & Water)
Ground Stability Report ( i.e. Coal Authority Report).

HIP £300.00 fully inclusive ( EPC included - an additional £50.00 is payable for unregistered land)
